Responsible for maintaining in excellent repair all property equipment, buildings and grounds, Duties may involve but are not limited to basic plumbing and electric repair, painting, dry wall and texture work, tile installation and appliance repair, exterior decks and stair replacement. Complete landscaping projects including clearing snow, triming trees/bushes, sweeping, mowing, raking, planting ?? Repair, replace woodwork, doors, trim, windows. ?? Repair, sand, texture and paint walls, trim, woodwork. ?? Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, and perform other maintenance actions, following checklists given by supervisor. . ?? Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. ?? Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment. ?? Record maintenance and repair work performed (in line with Company procedures) and the costs of the work. ?? Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. ?? Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. ?? Follow emergency procedures, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), safety precautions and safest work habits. ?? Carry out any reasonable request by Management. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES ?? general plumbing, woodworking and electrical knowledge ??
