ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work under the supervision of a crew chief.
2. Prepare home for weatherization, insulation work.
3. Install attic insulation to Residential Conservation Services (RCS) standards.
4. Perform other tasks such as:
a. Installation of hot water heater blankets.
b. Weather stripping of door(s), installation of door bottoms and thresholds when required.
c. Installation of fiber-glass batting, duct wrap.
d. Installation of low-flow shower-heads and new shower arms where required.
e. Replace broken windows in doors.
f. Ability to measure for special order sizes (glass & windows).
5. Assist in loading/unloading and transporting materials to job site.
6. Responsible for tools and equipment as assigned.
7. Maintain and report inventory of supplies used at each unit served.
8. Maintain clean and safe work area during performance, and upon completion of all job assignments
9. Report problems or delays and note same in job folder.
10. Complete documentation for work done.
