Uniboard, a world leader in the manufacture of wood composite products, is seeking to hire Forklift Operators and Front End Loader Operators for our start-up Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) facility located just South of Raleigh in Moncure, NC. These newly created positions will support the MDF plant to ensure that production objectives are complimentary to the organization?s policies and goals. Forklift Operator: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift in the movement of oversized loads from production line to warehouse and from warehouse to flat bed truck. 1st shift (7:00AM to 3:30PM) and 2nd shift (3:00PM to 11:30PM) positions available immediately. Front End Loader: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the front end loader in the movement of oversized loads to supply wood chip raw material for production use. 12 hour day or night shift positions available. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years experience as a forklift operator or front end loader operator in the movement of oversized loads. Manufacturing experience a plus. Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills to attain high levels of performance. Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and to keep quality a team focus.
