One or more positions. The Equipment Operator shall be employed in an hourly position under the direct supervision of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Foreman and shall perform day-to-day construction and maintenance activities of Project facilities and equipment. The Equipment Operator shall have a working knowledge of: the safe operation of Project equipment including hydraulic hoes, excavator, motor grader, scraper, crawler/dozer, front-end loader, dragline, trucks, and other miscellaneous equipment.
