Our renewing efforts focus on railroad equipment, auto parts and industrial supplies.   Operates a crane to relocate large pieces of equipment or metal to allow for recycling processing.   Operate the crane in accordance with established procedures.  Must be able to perform a wide variety of tasks, including loading and unloading truck, cutting material with mobile shear, stack material in a safe manner, sort material with the cranes, load shear or baler hoppers, etc.  Provide visual inspection of material being moved to ensure that it is generally the correct type of material to be processed.  Must be able to complete daily maintenance which includes daily check list, lubricating the machine and reporting any maintenance defaults to the supervisor. More complicated issues or problems that require lockout tag out procedures will be forwarded to maintenance.  Adhere to all safety protocols, including but not limited to wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and lock-out, tag-out procedures.
