Essential Job Responsibilities: Accountable for preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, including detailed documentation using EMMA database, maintaining 95% completion rate, measured quarterly.  Maintain proper levels of parts and supplies Perform technical and electrical repairs on all refrigeration equipment using EPA certification/training Perform corrective maintenance and repairs Provide clear and effective communication Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: -High School diploma or GED and Universal EPA certification are required. -Four year trade school education required -5 years work experience as an HVAC / Refrigeration Technician. -Must have experience with rooftop units, ice machines, electronic and pneumatic controls, and medium and low temperature refrigeration systems. -Must be able to bend, twist, push, pull, stand, climb ladders and lift more than 50 lbs on a regular basis. -Occasional nights, holiday, and weekend work may be required. QUALIFICATIONS: -Demonstrates the ability to trouble-shoot mechanical and electrical systems and facilitate repairs.  -Must be skilled at reading and interpreting technical documentation and blue prints. -Demonstrates ability of effective verbal and written communication.
