Minnesota Engineer’s License: First Class B or greater. 5 years HVAC, ventilation and roof top experience. ASHRAE Certification in the areas of ventilation systems is preferred. Universal Refrigeration License; Hazards Spill Certification and Asbestos Awareness Certification(within 1 year of employment). Possess a valid MN drivers license and meets Ridgeview’s insurability requirements. Strong customer service skills required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Mechanical knowledge and ability to expand knowledge and skills via on-the-job and formal training directed at increasing job-related skills as mandated by management/Supervisor, including all required OSHA training. Ability to learn basic computer skills, including SAP Maintenance Module. Ability to obtain a valid forklift license. Good problem solving skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate in a professional manner with co-workers and supervisors. Ability to comply with all general safety policies and procedures in accordance with Company, Local, State and Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
