Job Title: Tig Welder Company: Location: Franklin, NH Description: PCC Structurals ? Aluminum Operations, part of Precision Castparts Corporation - a world leader in the Investment Casting Industry, is seeking a Second Shift Tig Welder to join our team. Our Operations in New Hampshire produce complex Aluminum castings for aerospace, military, and other commercial applications. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience Tig Welding. Under general supervision, performs certified welding assignments on castings with a diversified line of aluminum alloys, in accordance with Customer and Quality Department welding standards following established safety and operating procedures. Ensures that documentation, tooling and parts are correctly matched to paperwork. Essential Job Functions: - Follow established housekeeping and safety practices to maintain the quality of the work. - Demonstrate ability to log on main computer system, extract information, log time, enter inventory amount and forward to next operation. - Perform visual and dimensional inspection of castings per part grade levels. May use such measuring devices as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. - Inspects own parts for surface distortion and imperfections such as warping, shrink, cracks, NDT, non-fill and porous condition. Meets all production and quality standards. - Checks paper-work for completeness, including weld maps. Welds area as specified on Tech Cards. Castings with incomplete paperwork may not be welded. - Follows welding prescribed procedures and methods that are standardized. Weld test will be required. Experience in Mig, Tig, and Stick needed. 1st shift M-F 7-3:30 Starting salary is $13-15 per hour. Duration of assingment is on-going.

Experienced in Mig, with some additional experience in Tig and Stick required Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Must have worked from blue prints. Salary is $13.00-$15.00 per hour.
