To complete in-house projects providing a faster, more reliable and cost effective alternative to external contractors. This position differs from that of the Maintenance Person position due to the fact it is more technical in nature and Safety plays a much larger role in the day to day functions of this position. Requirements: This position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma with Trade School experience.The position requires an individual who has at least 5 years of commercial journeyman experience. Responsibilities: Assemble, install, test and maintain 3 phase and single phase electrical wiring, equipment and building fixtures.Essential working knowledge of commercial mechanical, electrical, and building systems, including but not limited to, large data center UPS, Generator, CRAC units and other related components.Must be able to perform basic diagnostic functions.Ensure all work performed conforms to local, state, and federal regulations.Operates with little or no instructions on routine work and general instruction on new assignments.Work on and follows preventative maintenance plans.Perform other general building maintenance duties and repairs as needed.Responsible for accurate and timely paperwork related to essential duties and responsibilities.
