Native Preference Applies Pursuant PL93-638.   SUMMARY/ GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform the carpentry duties on new construction projects.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES & JOB FUNCTIONS: ·         Planning and laying out of work from blueprints, drawings, models or verbal instructions ·         Uses a variety of carpenter’s hand tools, portable power tools and standard measuring instruments. ·         Makes standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work. ·         Selects materials necessary for the work. ·         Work to include lay out, metal stud framing and sheetrock, and all general drywall repairs. Job Requirements:MANDATORY: ·         Valid state driver’s license. ·         At least two years general carpentry experience. ·         At least two years general dry wall experience. ·         Experience acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.Req.
