Job Title: Concrete/Terrazzo Finisher Company: GOPHER STATE CLEANING, INC. Location: Anoka, MN Description: Act as leader/laborer to perform the duties involved in concrete grinding, concrete polishing, concrete sealing, joint filling/sealing, epoxy flooring and commercial construction cleaning by performing the following duties: Ability to read blueprints and concrete curing specifications Assess and examine concrete slab for defects and/or acceptance Experience in Concrete/Terrazzo grinding/polishing with ability to communicate process to clients and co-workers Ability to operate standup floor grindes and accompanying hand grinders/tools necessary to complete the process A general knowledge to seal concrete floors and address joint filling procedures Experience in epoxy demolition and installation Experience in guiding, criticizing, assessing and correcting the work of others A general knowledge of the set-up of the grinding machines and their electrical needs/configurations A Class A drivers license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days Ability to determine necessary equipment needed for each job and be self sufficient in the load/unload process then transport needed equipment to job site and back
