The project is located in north Seattle and is a marine related project where we will be chipping out deteriorated marine concrete and patching & skim coating vertical surfaces with a state of the art epoxy concrete mixture. The pot life of this product is only 45 minutes and it is very expensive material so we are looking for highly skilled craftspeople who have experience working with this type of materials. Sorry, but residential sidewalks and garages are probably not close enough experience? This particular project is a relatively short duration project which will only last several weeks, but it is anticipated that we may be working overtime and/or weekends during this shutdown. There are no guaranteed minimum hours and therefore applicants expect overtime, but we want to be clear up front that work availability on a seven day basis from roughly 7AM until 7 PM will be required. While this is not a long project, we know that there are undoubtedly a number of highly skilled professionals out there who would welcome the opportunity to get back to work and earn some extra money prior to the Holiday season. Applicants must have a minimum of three years experience on industrial and/or commercial construction projects, or specialized experience directly applicable to this project. If you have specialized experience working with dock and marine epoxy repairs, please specify and provide references. We are a well respected national contractor.
