Training and Certifications · Intermediate knowledge of voice switch architecture. · Basic knowledge of local area networks and switching architecture. · Intermediate knowledge of communications color code schemes and basic wiring standards. · Intermediate knowledge of 110 frames, 66 blocks, cross connects, and tie cable. · Intermediate troubleshooting and problem solving phone skills. Uses quantitative data to draw conclusions. · Basic computer skills with the ability to utilize computerized work order systems to perform issued work orders.
